Summer Carnival is awesome! You can play games, exchange here-only items for an amount of tickets, and make COTTON CANDY!
You can create up to 3 layers of candy floss. But here is a special way of making a special candy floss.
A PHANTOM CANDY FLOSS!
Here are the steps of how to make this special cotton candy:
1. Choose a cone (the blue one is best because it have lightning and phantoms shot lightning, this cone is only optional)
2. Use the black candy floss to create the first layer.
3. Then use the white candy floss to create the second layer.
4. Use the black candy floss again.
5. Now you have a phantom shaped candy floss! Enjoy!
